A self titled “ Modern Renaissance Man,” Gunnar possesses a Swiss Army like set of skills ranging from Sewing and Dress making to Interior Design,Set Design, and a background in the Cosmetology industry . Originally known for his work on Lifetime’s Hit Show, Project Runway, and Project Runway Allstars, Gunnar Quickly became known for his quirky aesthetic, original silhouettes, and witty attitude. Gunnar has designed over 20 collections from his time of being on the show to current. He has shown his collections in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, Portland, and Miami.

After a successful run on TV, Gunnar returned to his hometown of Louisville, KY where he opened his own Storefront selling his wares, and worked as an art director, and event planner for multiple fashion , art and philanthropy magazines. Gunnar’s passion for set design, fashion, and events culminated into multiple avenues such as artful sets,Live Runway shows, and monthly style fashion spreads. His work has been featured in publications such as Elle Magazine, Online Italian Vogue, Pattern Magazine, USA Today, and many more.

In recent, Gunnar relocated to Los Angeles where he hit the ground running by helping to design and build sets with Award Winning “Nomad Art and Design.” You can see some of Gunnar’s work featured in music videos for artists like Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Halsey, Sia and Usher. When the pandemic hit, Gunnar began sharing his DIY skills in the form of Tiktok’s and Youtube videos as a way of connecting and still expressing that inner creativity. Not even a year into that Journey, and Gunnar has amassed an audience of over 2.3 million viewers and counting.
